A focused 1-on-1 session to improve sprint mechanics, form, and acceleration. Perfect for athletes looking to sharpen speed and get expert feedback, fast. Location: TBD
1-2 Sessions per week (1 Hour Each)
This plan is designed for athletes who want to jumpstart their progress with an intensive 3-month focus. It provides structure, accountability, and momentum-building consistency.

This plan is for athletes who want to see noticeable gains quickly — building momentum in their speed, mechanics, and mental game over 90 focused days.
Up to 3 Sessions per week (1 Hour Each)
The half-year option is built for athletes who want continuity but may not be ready to commit to a full year. Six months of consistent training allows athletes to build, refine, and sustain progress through a full season or offseason.

This plan is ideal for athletes who want to carry progress across a full season, stay locked in, and avoid the drop-off that comes with shorter bursts of training.
$2,400 · Up to 5 Sessions per week (1 Hour Each)
We stay connected with my athletes multiple days per week, adjusting workouts based on how their body is responding, school or team training schedules, and overall progress. We also focus heavily on the mental side — keeping the athlete engaged, confident, and locked in throughout the process.
